JOB DESCRIPTION: Full/Part Time employee The Orchid Lane training program is a 30 day comprehensive plan focused on immersing the trainee in all aspects of running the store. Trainees will start with learning store policies/philosophy, working with customers, stocking, pricing, merchandising, basic management principals, product knowledge, and visual displays. Trainees will have performance assessments.
